On November 27, 2024, students from the Management Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Bengkulu (FEB UNIB) visited Chocolate Beryl’s Factory. This visit aimed to provide students with practical experience in understanding the dynamics of business management within the creative industry, particularly in the chocolate sector. During the visit, students explored the production process, business strategies, and product innovations that serve as the key to Chocolate Beryl’s Factory’s success.

Upon arrival, the students were welcomed with a tour of the production facilities. They observed firsthand how high-quality cocoa beans are processed into premium chocolate products ready for market distribution. This process involved modern technology to ensure efficiency and product quality. Additionally, the students learned about the importance of quality control at every stage of production, from selecting raw materials to packaging. This knowledge provided a clear picture of how businesses can maintain their reputation through effective operational management.

The visit not only focused on the production aspect but also provided insights into branding and marketing strategies employed by the company. During an interactive discussion session, students engaged directly with the management team to understand how Chocolate Beryl’s Factory builds its image as a premium product in local and international markets.
