A group of 79 students from the Management Department, FEB Universitas Bengkulu, accompanied by their faculty supervisors, Dr. Praningrum and Rhienta Aprisella, M.Si, conducted a Field Study (KKL) at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) on November 26, 2024. The program, part of the Talent Management course, was designed to expose students to international academic practices through direct engagement with global educational institutions.
During the visit, the delegation participated in a comprehensive benchmarking session at USIM, where they observed and learned about the university’s best practices in academic and institutional management. The visit also served as a platform to explore potential academic collaborations between Universitas Bengkulu and USIM, with discussions focused on opportunities for joint research, student exchange programs, and other collaborative academic activities.
The experience proved to be immensely beneficial for the students. It not only broadened their understanding of international academic standards but also emphasized the importance of building global academic networks. The students were warmly welcomed by USIM, and their enthusiasm contributed to an inspiring and fruitful exchange. This visit marks a promising step toward strengthening the academic ties between Universitas Bengkulu and Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, paving the way for future collaborations.
